About TeeJ Wellness

TeeJ Wellness provides holistic therapies that look at the whole person for body awareness, restorative health through massage therapy and movement, by creating a place for people to experience a stress free environment for relaxation, and wellness.

Tonee Jordan, CMT, received her massage training at the School of Holistic Touch and is a member in good standing with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) since 2017. She utilizes a variety of modalities to assist her clients to relax and relieve stress.

She holds certificates in Swedish/American Massage, Sports Massage, Prenatal/Infant Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Cupping, and Spa Therapies. Additionally, Tonee is an AFAA Certified Group Ex Instructor.

She teaches Pound and POP Pilate classes as well as other formats.
